• Incineration:

- “El Masreya Hazardous and Non-hazardous Waste Center” operates 4 incinerators with a total capacity of 900 kg/hour 

- The resulting ash is disposed of in the licensed hazardous waste landfill

• Wastewater Evaporation:

- Contaminated wastewater is left to evaporate in three large volume evaporation ponds. The dry residual waste after evaporation are disposed of in the licensed hazardous waste landfill

• Physical Treatment:

       1. Shredding:

• “El Masreya Hazardous and Non-hazardous Waste Center” operates three large volume shredders for solid wastes
• All packaging materials are destroyed to ensure the client's brand and logo are destroyed beyond recognition preventing counterfeiting

2. Bailing 

• Waste are bailed into pallets to allow economic transport

3. Crushing:

• Crushing is adopted to destruct empty glass containers
